Track the milestones that drive the next action
CargoFlow supports core shipment dates including ETD, ATD, ETA, ATA, last free day, pickup appointment, delivery appointment, and empty return. The value is not just storing the date. It is keeping each checkpoint visible inside the same workspace where the operator manages documents, releases, delivery, and handoffs.
Model the movement beyond a single ocean or air leg
Routing can include additional movement such as rail, drayage, transload, CFS, or other legs. This gives the shipment file a more complete operational path instead of reducing a multi-step import move to one carrier status.
Surface change and exception risk
Alerts and priority views help teams notice when a shipment is late, blocked, approaching LFD, missing an expected action, or otherwise drifting from plan. Operators can then attach notes, assign ownership, or create a handoff without leaving the shipment context.
Use carrier data as an input, not a substitute for judgment
CargoFlow can organize tracking and milestone information, but operational teams remain responsible for confirming authoritative carrier, terminal, broker, and customer information before taking actions with financial, regulatory, customs, or delivery consequences.
