How the documents work together

A signed or electronically accepted Order Form identifies the customer, plan, pricing, billing interval, subscription term, and any negotiated commercial terms. The Customer Subscription & Services Agreement supplies the standard master terms. If an Order Form conflicts with the standard agreement, the Order Form controls for that customer to the extent of the conflict.

The Data Processing Addendum applies when CargoFlow processes personal data on behalf of a customer as a processor or service provider. The Privacy Policy separately explains CargoFlow's own privacy practices. The Terms of Use apply to individual users who access the application.
